Who we are
This website is operated by Wonderlust Wholesale, 10 Loseby Lane, Leicester LE1 5DR, United Kingdom. Contact us at business@wonderluststore.com. These terms apply to orders placed through wonderlustwholesale.com. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products and prices
Product descriptions, pack sizes, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product page. Prices are in GBP. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you place an order. Product images are for identification; packaging may vary. For food and drink, always check the label delivered for ingredients, allergens and instructions, and contact us if anything differs from the listing before using or reselling it.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will acknowledge receipt by email. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item; we will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable or we cannot lawfully fulfil it.

Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and any estimated times are shown at checkout. We will contact you if a material delay arises. If you are buying as a consumer, your legal delivery rights apply, including delivery without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different time is agreed.

Returns and cancellations

If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, any change-of-mind return is subject to our agreement, but your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain.
